At the Domaine de Gavaudun, stunning ★★★★ estate, you can not only enjoy a great wedding meal in an exceptional setting, but also take the opportunity to spend some unforgettable days in the middle of a large family reunion where everyone will learn to know and appreciate each other.

We can accommodate 140 people (190 with use of the sofa beds) in cottages, gites and villas, and more than double in partnership with our colleagues around. We only organise residential weddings, at a minimum for a weekend .

In addition to the wedding itself, you can not imagine coming to Perigord - Quercy (Lot et Garonne, Dordogne and Lot) without at least one or two visits to a prehistoric cave, castle or medieval village ...

We offer a comprehensive service including :

Overall coordination of the event (you get married, hopefully, once in a lifetime and the wedding must be successful).
Full availability of the park of the estate with free access to all leisure amenities for the guests.
Access to all perspectives of the gardens and our "old stones" for the pictures of the married (moving around in golf cart).
Exclusive use of the barn and terrace for the cocktail reception, for meals (up to about 100 people), for dancing and for brunch the next day, according to chosen organisation. No corkage.
Installation (the day before) and cleaning of the barn and surrounding areas included.
Availability of the kitchen and all necessary utilities for the caterer.
Parking for the vehicles of the guests.
A la carte: tent (up to 300 people), caterer, furniture, decoration, sound, lighting, photographer, hairdresser, florist, carriage rides, babysitting, activities, transportation, …

We can organise everything while you enjoy life !

Wedding at Domaine de Gavaudun

Examples: three standard packages with accommodation, outside of July-August :

Week-end :

Arrival of guests on Friday afternoon (self catering, cottages and villas having a fully equipped kitchen, or organised meal), wedding on Saturday, departure Sunday afternoon after brunch or Monday morning to still enjoy the day and facilities of the resort.

Mid-week :

Arrival of the guests from Monday afternoon, wedding during the week, various activities organized on 2-3 days, departure on Friday morning.

Full Week : option "family vacation" : the total !

Combination of both, with several activities, visits and / or organised meals.

July-August : exclusively Saturday to Saturday !

(Marriage in general on Monday to allow the guests to settle at ease and discover the estate)
